UPDATE:
Ihr braucht nicht mehr nachzufragen – das iPhone ist weg.

Und schon wieder was zu verkaufen! Schacks Resterampe geht in die nächste Runde. Diesmal: mein iPhone 3GS.

Zum Gerät selbst muss ich vermutlich nicht viel sagen… es handelt sich um das 16GB-Modell in schwarz. Gekauft habe ich es im letzten August direkt bei Apple in Italien. Das heißt: es ist “unlocked” und zwar ab Werk, so dass jede SIM-Karte in dem Gerät funktioniert, ohne dass man bei Softwareupdates erst auf das Jailbreak-Team warten müsste.
Dank des Apple Care Protection Plans ist die Garantiezeit um ein Jahr verlängert worden – bis in den Juli 2011; und inzwischen werden Garantiefälle mit ausländischen iPhones ja auch von Apple Deutschland bearbeitet.

Das Gerät kommt natürlich komplett mit allem Zubehör: Originalkarton, Stereoheadset, Stecker und USB->Dock-Connector-Kabel. Das Kabel hat schon etwas gelitten: an zwei Stellen ist die Gummiummantelung eingerissen – diese Stellen wurden mit Isolierband geflickt. Das Kabel selbst ist nicht verletzt.

Oben drauf gibt’s noch das original Dock von Apple (kein billiger Hong-Kong-Nachbau!) im Wert von 25€.
Ebenfalls im Paket meine “The Le Royale for iPhone“-Hülle von Crumpler in den Farbkombination “dark brown/dark orange” im Wert von 35€.

Mit allem (außer eben dem USB->Dock-Connector-Kabel) wurde immer sehr pfleglich umgegangen. Da ich das iPhone quasi ausschließlich in der Crumpler-Hülle durch die Gegen getragen habe, ist das Gerät in einem top Zustand: keinerlei Kratzer auf dem Display, keine toten Pixel. Der Chrom-Rand des iPhone ist, soweit ich das mit bloßem Auge erkennen kann, ebenfalls vollständig unversehrt. Lediglich auf der Rückseite des Geräts gibt es ein paar Kratzer auf dem Apple-Logo.

Preisvorstellung: für das iPhone 3GS, schwarz, 16GB in sehr, sehr gutem Zustand, inkl. des Docks, der Crumpler-Tasche und der erweiteren Garantie bis Juli 2011 hätte ich gerne 500€ (VHB).

Abholbar (und vor dem Kauf beschaubar) ist das gute Stück in Kiel. Versand ist bei Vorkasse inkl. Porto (bei Paypal auch noch inkl. der Paypalgebühren) möglich.

For many weeks, if not months, I fought iTunes – and finally I one. And now that I know the trick, I’m more than embarrassed, that I didn’t come up with this weeks, if not months, earlier.
But let’s do this chronologically:

I always thought that iTunes, even though it has many annoying flaws, is a great application to organize your stuff. Media files, that is.
In 2009 no one should have to care about folder structures and that sort of stuff himself. And iTunes does that pretty well (and with the update to iTunes 9 even more cleanly).
That’s why I let iTunes handle everything. I have a playlist called “new music” in which I throw -who would have guessed?- all my new music. iTunes then automagically copies those files into it’s own folder structure and puts the songs up into the media library.

The same goes for movies and tv shows (if the video files are in the correct format, of course).
And here comes the problem: with a growing library, I eventually ran out of harddisk space and tried many, many things in order to convince iTunes, to save my movies on external disk 1, my tv shows on external disk 2 and keep my music on the internal disk.
